Received the OTA update for my Google Nexus One yesterday. It took about 5 minutes for it to complete the update.

The update is to improve the 3G connectivity and adding “pinch-and-zoom” multitouch. Google turned off multitouch on Android 1.0 at the request of Apple to avoid an IP aggression.
